A few points to note

* Friday Led Primary - once per month (ish) we hold a led class on a Friday morning instead of Mysore practice. Please refer to the schedule below for dates.

** Sunday session - once per month (ish) we hold a Sunday Mysore session from 9-11am. Please refer to the schedule below for dates

Doors are open from 6.30am.

All classes are taught in the traditional 'Mysore style' (self practice) format of Ashtanga yoga unless otherwise indicated.

New students are requested to get in touch in advance.

For those who are unfamiliar with Mysore style, they should join at 7am on their first session.
Students with an established practice can arrive at any point within the session.

Sometimes we close for extra rest days, loosely aligned with the moon and other public holidays - see below for dates.
